Abstrakt: A highly concise and convergent synthesis of HCV polymerase inhibitor Deleobuvir (BI 207127, 1) was achieved, featuring efficient Pd-catalyzed one-pot borylation-Suzuki coupling where TFP was identified as the unique ligand effective for these transformations.
