Abstrakt: |
The technique of dot-immunoassay on nitrocellulose filters is described for the detection of the vital infection (VI) agents. The results are read visually (qualitatively) and instrumentally (quantitatively). The method is highly sensitive (3.2 +/- 0.8 ng/ml of fraction I) and specific, cost-effective, simple, and available for laboratories engaged in VI diagnosis. |
