Abstrakt: Eye infection is one of the temporary invalidity causes that can lead to blindness. The former antibacterial components of eye drops were polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride and polyhexamethylene guanidine phosphate. Polyhexamethylene guanidine in the form of form of succinate with preserved activity and lover toxicity is described. The antibacterial activity spectra of polyhexamethylene guanidine succinate and polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride were comparatively estimated.
