Abstrakt:	Eventration of the diaphragm can have varied symptomatology. We present three cases that presented with features suggestive of gastric outlet obstruction, productive cough of acute onset, and traumatic diaphragmatic rupture respectively. They were successfully treated with plication of affected hemidiaphragm. We also reviewed existing literature on the subject with presentation of our findings.
