Abstrakt: Metastatic tumors of the heart are more common than the primary cardiac tumors. Bronchogenic carcinoma is one of the common primaries for cardiac metastases. Cardiac metastasis from bronchogenic carcinoma via pulmonary vein is rare occurrence. We present a case of central bronchogenic carcinoma with left atrial tumor thrombus via right superior pulmonary vein.
