Abstrakt: Intraoral trauma is commonly observed in young children due to their tendency to put objects in their mouth. Most of these injuries are minor, without significant morbidity. However, potentially fatal injuries could occur after penetrating trauma to the oral cavity and could initially present with minor clinical findings.
