| Abstrakt: | The paper describes 4 cases of primary bronchial melanoma. The primacy of the tumor was established in all cases, by ruling out primary melanoma at another site (skin, nasal mucosae, and bowel), the presence of intraepithelial melanocytic proliferation in the areas of the metaplastic bronchial epithelium. |
