Abstrakt: Noninvasive recording of blood pressure (BP) with a portable Del Mar Avionics monitor (USA) revealed its abnormal circadian rhythm in patients with renovascular hypertension or arterial hypertension caused by adrenal aldosteroma. Surgical treatment was shown to result in a significant decrease in blood pressures and normalization of its circadian rhythm in the early postoperative period.
