| Abstrakt: |
The authors treated 603 sufferers with acute cold damage. The principal reversibility of tissue damage in local cold traumas at the prereactive period is shown. The difference of therapeutical tactics in freezing, primary cryonecrosis, local cold trauma at the prereactive period, frostbite is noted. The necessity of individual immunotherapy of the sufferers is stressed. Criteria for estimation of the effectiveness of aid to such patients are suggested. |
