Neyroinfections is a heterogeneous group of widespread diseases of the central and peripheral nervous system, that, as a rule, characterized a heavy flow, high lethality and proof invalidizaciey. Considerable successes were the last years attained in the study of neyroinfections pathology of man, and also considerably possibilities of practical neurologists broadened in the leadthrough of high-quality rehabilitation of consequences of infectious defeats of the nervous system. The basic aspects of differential diagnostics of sharp ischemic stroke and sharp neyroinfekciy are considered in the article. |
