The presence of dissimilar metal incorporations in the mouth leads to the formation of local immune response, manifesting by increased levels of secretory IgA, IgM and IgG in the saliva. Though to essential differences in the mean values of the immunity parameters are detectable, the findings of discrete-dynamic analysis of the immune profile of subjects with dissimilar metal incorporations in the oral cavity evidence a complex alteration of the humoral immunity. |
