Abstrakt: Gastric tuberculosis is mostly secondary to pulmonary tuberculosis. Primary and isolated gastric tuberculosis is very rare. A case of primary gastric tuberculosis of stomach in a 45-year-old female, known diabetic and hypertensive who presented to the hospital with epigastric pain and vomiting is being reported. Endoscopy showed a gastric ulcerated nodular lesion and biopsy showed tuberculous granuloma. Repeat endoscopy after a course of antituberculosis treatment showed minimal gastritis and complete resolution of the ulcerated nodular lesion.
