Abstrakt: Primary cutaneous lymphomas rarely present to the hand surgeon. Diagnosis of primary cutaneous lymphoma in the upper extremity can be difficult to make, as they are rare, and may be mistaken for other lesions. We report an unusual case of primary cutaneous lymphoma presenting in the upper extremity. This rare differential should be considered when encountered with a lump of similar appearance in the upper extremity.
