| Abstrakt: | The author presents the own clinical experience of the use of agomelatin (valdoxan) in the complex treatment of patients with ischemic stroke, migraine, fibromyalgia and during "drug holidays" after the withdrawal of benzodiazepines. In all cases of comorbid neurological diseases and clinically diagnosed insomnia and depression, valdoxan demonstrated its efficacy and safety. |
