Abstrakt: The encounter between nurses and travelling people sometimes results in incomprehension and misunderstandings. To remedy this, the team of the social centre in Angoulême has set up meetings between hospital staff and travelling people. Rules are defined on both sides enabling each party to feel understood and reassured that their needs are respected.
