Abstrakt: Glomus tumors consist of modified perivascular, smooth muscle involved in thermoregulatory activity of digital blood flow. Digits, especially in the subungual region, are often affected. These tumors only rarely arise in peripheral nerves; digital nerve involvement is exceptional. We describe a glomus tumor occurring in the digital nerve at the level of the distal phalanx.
