| Abstrakt: |
The paper describes the procedure developed by the authors for surgical myocardial revascularization in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) via direct reconstruction of the ostium and all the segments of the right coronary artery by performing direct endarterectomy and subsequent plasty with free autopericardial flaps. The findings indicate that this surgical method is beneficial for CHD patients. In some cases, it may be the method of choice in the surgical treatment of CHD patients. |
