Abstrakt: Aneurysms of the sinus of Valsalva are uncommon. These aneurysms often present as a rupture from the right coronary sinus into the right ventricle or right atrium. Rupture into the pulmonary artery is rare, with only six other reported cases. We present here a case of rupture from the right coronary sinus into the pulmonary artery, along with a brief review of the related current literature and recommendations.
