Abstrakt: Altogether 92 patients with chronic adrenal insufficiency, diencephalic endocrine syndromes and Icenko-Cushing disease underwent clinical examinations, measurements of the systemic, cerebral hemodynamics and concentration of cortical hormones and medullary substance of the adrenals. Different concentrations of cortisol, aldosterone and catecholamines have been shown to produce varying effects on the blood flow. The role of each of them as well as the interrelation between the hormonal and autoregulation systems have been outlined.
