Abstrakt: Rat hepatocyte plasmatic membrane damages caused by the administration of tetrachloromethane of heliotrine was investigated. Phospholipid content in plasmatic membranes decreased. Heliotrine caused complete and CCL4 twofold inhibition of Na, K-ATPase. Intraperitoneal administration of egg yolk phosphatidylcholine liposomes had a reparative effect on the damaged membranes consisting in the restoration of phospholipid content and enzyme activities.
