Abstrakt: Carbon tetrachloride-induced hepatitis in rats is accompanied by blood hyperviscosity syndrome development. A course intragastric administration of thiophane under these conditions prevents the increase in whole blood viscosity by normalizing the microrheological indices (deformability and aggregation of erythrocytes), which is manifested by increasing oxygen availability for tissues.
