| Abstrakt: | The results of surgical treatment of abdominal aortic aneurysm in 60 patients are presented. The Cell Saver was used in 22 (36.7%) patients for blood saving. The usage of the Cell Saver didn't effected the needs for red blood cells in the perioperative period. |
