[Reamberin in combined therapy of general peritonitis].

| Abstrakt: | Randomized studies of combined treatment of 138 patients with toxic phase of general peritonitis were accomplished. We demonstrated a significant decrease in electric activity of the intestine and alteration of free-radical processes in patients with generalized purulent peritonitis. Administration of reamberin which contains succinic acid promoted restoration of the intestine's peristalsis to the 3rd day of postoperative period and effective correction of imbalance in free-radical processes system. Usage of reamberin in combined treatment of general peritonitis let lethality to be diminished from 16.49 to 9.76%. |
