| Abstrakt: | Double-layer quarter-half AR coatings effective at two wavelengths simultaneously in the visible region have been fabricated by depositing a homogeneous ZnS-MgF(2) mixture as the inner layer and MgF(2) as the outer layer. The results obtained agree well with those predicted theoretically. |
