| Abstrakt: | It was established that initial stages of hypertensive disease are accompanied by quantitative changes of the content of free fatty acids. An important diagnostic criterion in the pathogenesis of this disease are unsaturated fatty acids. Their concentration was studied in erythrocytes using gaseous-fluid chromatography. Dynamic examination of fatty acid composition is informative in different forms of cardiovascular diseases. |
