Abstrakt: The authors present in a retrospective study the results of treatment of infections in 290 immunodeficient patients, mostly with haematological malignancies. As compared with classical empirical combined treatment (aminoglycoside + IIIrd generation cephalosporins), combinations of quinolones and amoxycillin, amoxycillin clavulanate or vancomycin proved more satisfactory.
