Abstrakt: Objectives: A randomized, long-term clinical trial was conducted to determine whether topical timolol therapy was effective in delaying or preventing the onset of glaucomatous damage in ocular hypertensive subjects. This study was designed to help clinicians make decisions concerning the management of patients with elevated intraocular pressure and apparently normal optic discs and visual fields.
