Abstrakt: Clinical, laboratory and original data collected for many years served the basis for proposed guides on intensive care in severe hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) involving acute cardiovascular and renal insufficiency, shock, rupture of the kidney, eclampsia, pulmonary edema, massive hemorrhage. The conclusion is made on the value of early diagnosis and adequate treatment of emergency states in reduction of HFRS mortality.
