Abstrakt: Bovine virus diarrhoea-mucosal disease was described for the first time in the USSR in 1967. The disease occurs in 20 to 80% of farms, depending on geographic and climatic zones of the country. Control measures against the disease include quarantine restrictions and prevention by means of specific preparations of active and passive effect. Passive prophylaxis is conducted by aerosol methods for groups and individuals.
