A detailed discussion is provided of professional selection issues with regard to emergency care physicians and feldshers, their postgraduate training and certification. It is emphasized that advanced training and specialization of emergency care physicians and feldshers can be carried out not only at institutes and chairs of emergency care but also at multidisciplinary hospitals with compulsory involvement of emergency care specialists in teaching. |
