Abstrakt: Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans is a rare cutaneous malignancy that is locally invasive, occurs mainly over the trunk and proximal extremities, and has a tendency to recur after wide local excision. The epidemiology, clinical features, diagnosis, histology, and treatment options are discussed.
