Abstrakt: A proximate method for conformational changes detection in immunoglobulin G preparations used in research and medical practice is introduced. This method is based on the measurement of IgG-connected 1,8-anilinenaphtalenesulphonate fluorescent probe (ANS) time of damping. When the protein structure is broken fluorescence damping time of IgG-connected ANS rises up.
