Laparoscopic and open cholecystectomy was performed in different terms in 2600 patients for cholecystitis. In 85% of patients, operated on in terms up to 72 h of an acute period, and in 10% of the patients, operated in a "cold" period, the destructive changes were revealed in gallbladder. In 17% of patients, operated in more late terms, the destructive changes were not revealed. The concept of the staged course of inflammation and suggestions concerning favourable and unfavourable terms of the operation performance must be revised. |
