Treatment results of 53 patients with acute thrombosis of superficial veins are presented. Carrying-out of radical one-stage cross-ectomy with combined phlebectomy in the saphena magna system at the height of inflammation period is proposed. Radical one-stage cross-ectomy with phlebectomy in case of phlebothrombosis gives good therapeutic effect, improves the status of a patient. Given treatment mode allows to reduce the period of temporary disability and rehospitalization in order to move off the trunk and inflows left after cross-ectomy. |
