| Abstrakt: |
Pneumonia remains to be the most prevalent pulmonary disease and leads in drug prescriptions and subsequently in financial burden. According to statistical data, incidence of pneumonia in Russia varies from 3 to 15 per 1000 population, and in Sverdlovsk region in 2002-2006 this indicator was 2.2-3.6 per 1000 population. Incidence of pneumonia in population of town Verkhnyaya Pyshma for the mentioned period was 1.0-4.9 per 1000 population and exceeded mean regional incidence in 2005 and 2006 in 1.4- and 1.1-fold respectively. |
