| Abstrakt: |
Original methods surgical treatment and prophylaxis of postoperative abdominal adhesions are analyzed. Method of peritonization of small intestine parts with own visceral peritoneum was studied experimentally on 15 animals. Method was used at 6 patients aged 25 to 55 years. There were no recurrences of postoperative peritoneal adhesions in 6 months - 2 years after surgery. |
