The authors shows cytological diagnostics used in clinical practice as effective method to carry out life-time diagnostics of different pathological processes. The Method is effective during all stages of medical observation of a patient in policlinics, inpatient department and in operating room, but on the state level a cytopathologist does not have the status associated with physician level and base training of such specialist is not provided what is critically necessary for timely morphological diagnostics of diseases having morphological substratum to their detecting. |
