Abstrakt: Development of neoplasms after a renal transplantation is well known, but allograft neoplasms are uncommon. Diagnostics studies include routine ultrasonography, and CT. In some selective cases, if the graft is functionally salvageable and it is technically feasible, a nephron-sparing surgery should be performed. In any case, standard intervention is nephrectomy. We report a case of multifocal renal cell carcinoma diagnosed in a kidney grafted 17 years before.
