Abstrakt: The results of treatment are analyzed in 89 patients with disseminated drug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis. The application of an endobronchial back valve to patients with drug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis gives rise to hypoventilation and atelectasis in the affected areas of the lung, promotes the stabilization and regression of a tuberculous process, and it is not attended by the development of endobronchial complications.
