The necessity of application of intraoperative transillumination while performing operations on hepatoduodenal zone was studied up, basing on analysis of treatment results of 35 patients. Application of the method made it possible to diagnose choledocholithiasis in 16 patients, to verify tubular-luminal structures of hepatoduodenal ligament and to escape their iatrogenic damage in infiltrative-adhesional conditions--in 19. |
