Abstrakt: Five stable hybridomas against placental protein PAMG-1 were obtained. Monoclonal antibodies were not cross reactive with other placental proteins and human serum albumin. The content of PAMG-1 during a physiological pregnancy increased to 40 ng/ml. 23 women with repeated abortions had an increased content of PAMG-1.
