Surface charge of the peripheral blood red cells was studied with the device for cellular phoresis in 36 schoolchildren suffering from chronic hepatitis and 20 healthy children. The surface charge was found regularly reduced when the disease exacerbated, this permitting a judgement on the activity of the hepatic process. The developed method for rapid diagnosis of chronic hepatitis is recommended to be used during the outpatient stage of examinations and for the assessment of membranotropic therapy efficacy. |
