Abstrakt: Seoul National University Bundang Hospital is the first full digital hospital with an electronic nursing record (ENR) system in Korea. We analyzed the satisfaction of users on the ENR system, 1 and 1/4 years from its implementation. A total of 503 nurses participated in this study. The questionnaire was composed of 4 domains: satisfaction for paper records vs. ENR, work efficiency, user interface, and the advantages and disadvantages of an ENR system. Most nurses were more satisfied with the ENR system than with paper records. They also showed satisfaction for most of user interfaces, which seemed to be related with working efficiency. In conclusion, users seem to be satisfied with the ENR system and we hope that this study will provide helpful data for many hospitals that are planning to adopt ENR systems in the near future.
