| Abstrakt: |
The literature data of the last decade concerning the use of the surface plasmon resonance method for detecting viral proteins as well as intact viruses has been cited. Also the principle of the method was stated and peculiarities of its use for the virus investigations considered. The conclusion was drawn about rich potentialities of the SPR method for investigation of different aspects of the virus interactions with specific agents as well as structure changes provoked by different external factors. However the given method still has not found sufficient distribution in the field of virology. |
