Cytogenetical monitoring and analysis of plant morphological features of artificially created sugar beet tetraploid population (C5) were conducted. Four types of tetraploids differing in pollen quality were selected. It was shown that seeds of triploid hybrids received from diploid plants cross-fertilised by tetraploids were notable for increased germinating capacity. |
