| Abstrakt: | The enzyme O6-alkylguanine-DNA-alkyltransferase (AGT) has been revealed to be present in human cell cultures (fibroblasts and cardiomyocytes) and Chinese hamster culture cells. At the same time the enzyme AGT is not reproduced in the human brain shell culture cells. |
