| Abstrakt: | Results of molecular-genetic analysis of Mycobacterium tuberculosis strains isolated from patients of Odessa and Nikolaev regions of Ukraine are represented. Occurrence of individual types of mutations in genes associated with rifampicin and isoniazid resistance has been studied for the first time. Data concerning prevalence of Beijing strains in the South of Ukraine are obtained. |
