Abstrakt: We present the case of a patient with precedents of endometrial carcinoma treated by surgery and radiotherapy, which presented a psoas abscess by Streptococcus agalactiae as cause of fever of unknown origin, which answered favorably to the antibiotherapy and surgical drainage.
