Abstrakt: Exclusion for ration of protein for 21 days leads to a rise in the ATP-ase activity, stimulated by ions both of Ca and Mg. Concurrently, a fall of the protein content in the study organs, particularly in the liver, is noted. Exclusion of protein from the diet resulted in substantial changes in the content of the adenyl system. The proportion of ATP declined in all of the investigated organs, parallel with a rising ADP concentration. The AMP increases both in the liver and heart.
