| Abstrakt: |
The Wegener's granulomatosis is characterized by the involvement of the upper airways, the lower airways and the late involvement of the kidneys. The authors are presenting in this article, the case of a 44 years old man, which presented the three conditions mentioned above, with an early kidney involvement and who died due to a major complication of the disease: the intravascular disiminated coagulation and a multivisceral vascular involvement, despite the correct and early treatment. |
